Scent Request
Some in our church family have sensitivities to scents and chemicals. For the health and consideration of others, we’d like to ask everyone to please use unscented hygiene and cosmetic products on Sunday mornings. Thank you for your consideration.
Parking
- Please be aware of the “no stopping” signs after the school parking on Evelyn Ave. People have been ticketed.
- Also, please be aware to not park in other churches' parking lots. Thanks!
Compassion Team: Sandwich Making - TODAY
Help compassion team after 2nd service as they make sandwiches for the Ottawa Mission & OIM, downstairs in the preschool room.
Shayla & Elijah Baby Shower (open to all) - TODAY
Come, create & celebrate Baby Gwayumba at 2pm in the sanctuary. There will be snacks & activities at different stations for all to enjoy!
Summer Small Groups
As many SGs break for the summer, consider these special focused ones:
1. Parenting (10 select weeks) – starts May 21st on Wednesdays at 7pm. Location: Rudd Home. Children are welcome.
2. Reading Your Bibles Better (8 weeks) – starts in June on Mondays at 7pm. Location: 107 Main St. More details to come.
3. Every Good Endeavor (9 weeks) – starts in June on Tuesdays at 7pm. Location: 107 Main St. More details to come.
Thursday Morning Prayer Small Group: “Prayer is the real work of the ministry. Service is just gathering in the results of prayer.” (S.D. Gordon). You are invited to join this ‘real work' online prayer ministry. Questions? Please contact our small group director, Adam Lim. For any prayer requests to be added to the list, email Pastor Bob.
Learning the Bible in Easy English: This class runs every Sunday at 11am downstairs in the teller room.

Youth Fundraising Event for Onyi-C’s Next EP! - May 28
All are invited to a family-friendly night of team trivia, food & other activities put on by our youths in support of one of their leaders, a local Christian artist, Onyi-C! The event will be on Wed., May 28th, from 6:30-8:30pm! Entrance fee is $10/ person; $5/ kid ages 5-18; free for kids under 5. Questions? Contact the youth leaders.
