------------------

Calvary Youth is our ministry for students in grades 7-12. This is a space for youth to gather to learn about Jesus through teaching and discussion, receive discipleship and mentorship, and have space to build friendships in a Christ-centered space.

We meet weekly, during the school year, on Wednesday evenings from 7-9pm. Each night, we have games, Bible teaching, small group time, and snacks.

CALVARY YOUTH AIMS TO:

Worship God

We do this by celebrating who God is and what he has done.

Grow Together

We seek to foster a place where youth can meet each other and deepen their friendships and get to know their pastors and other spiritual leaders in their church. We seek to do this through our small groups as well as our big group Bible teaching.

Serve Others

We teach our youth that God transforms us and grows us to be more like Jesus.  Knowing God, and knowing about God, encourages our youth to act the way God wants them to act, parents to instruct their youth in the ways of the Lord, and volunteers to use their God-given gifts to the service of the church. We want this to be a space for youth to find more opportunities to serve their peers and grow a desire to go out and serve their neighbours. Youth are also encouraged to bring friends to youth group :)

Youth Leaders

Our youth leaders are members of this church and will seek to provide consistent compassion, care and discipleship to youth. Their commitment will be to read, obey, speak Scripture to the youth and encourage them to do the same. Though none of us are perfect, our aim is to set an example of Christlikeness as we speak and point others to Him. Our leaders are so excited to know and serve your child and to be partnering with you in raising up your child to know the love of Jesus.
